Alessandro Salvatico

Alessandro Salvatico's career began in Italy's Langhe region and includes a decade in France, where he worked at Michelin-recognized establishments, including Carpaccio at Le Royal Monceau in Paris, and contributed to the two-Michelin-star rating of Casadelmar in Corsica.
In 2010, he relocated to Dubai to lead the culinary opening of the Armani Hotel at the Burj Khalifa, an eight-year tenure during which he received industry recognition, including the Chef of the Year award from Caterer Middle East.
His culinary approach prioritizes ingredient quality and refined execution. In his current role, he oversees the restaurant's Italian menu, focusing on authentic flavors adapted for the Dubai market.
