Daniel Birk

Dan Birk is a British chef with over 20 years of experience, much of it spent in Michelin-starred kitchens. His career was shaped in leading restaurants across the UK, where he developed a precise, product-driven approach to modern European cuisine.
He spent seven years working with Jason Atherton, later becoming Group Executive Chef and overseeing openings and operations in London, Shanghai, Dubai, Qatar, Switzerland, and major Middle Eastern projects.
Today, Birk is the Executive Chef of Row on 45 in Dubai. His cooking is defined by technical clarity, restraint, and a strong focus on flavour, delivering refined fine dining without unnecessary theatrics.
