Naved Nasir
Chef Naved Nasir is celebrated for his authentic and contemporary approach to Indian cuisine. He trained in Delhi and rose through the ranks at ITC Hotels, working in acclaimed kitchens like Bukhara and Dum Pukht before becoming one of India's youngest five-star Executive Chefs by age 30.
In 2010, he moved to London as Chef Director and co-founder of Dishoom, helping shape its award-winning concept and co-authoring its cookbook.
In 2022, he opened his own restaurant, Khadak, in Dubai, focusing on reviving historic Indian dishes. Within seven months, Khadak received a Bib Gourmand from the MICHELIN Guide Dubai (2025) and was also recognized by GreatList Guide in 2025.
Through Khadak, Chef Nasir continues to share the rich diversity of India’s culinary heritage.
