Hattem has represented the UAE at every stop of the world barbecue circuit and is the culinary ambassador the the UAE embassy in Washington DC. The shared and common table of live fire cuisine of all the world’s cultures allows Hattem to tell the story of what unites us and how leading with this can make positive impact on our communities.
