Chef Em's career is characterized by a longstanding dedication to Japanese cuisine. His expertise was developed through significant tenures at multiple award-winning Japanese restaurants within the UAE. Prior to leading the team at Kinugawa, he served as Head Sushi Chef at both Akira Back Dubai and Tomo Japanese Restaurant, where he refined his skills in traditional techniques and contemporary presentation.

In his current role, he oversees all kitchen operations, menu curation, and maintains the restaurant's standards for authentic and refined Japanese dining.
