In this café, Melbourne meets Madrid, framed by a Middle Eastern setting. The Dubai spot was launched by two friends, Australian Tom Arnel and Spaniard Sergio Lopez, inside a converted former warehouse. The interior is defined by raw cement floors and walls, exposed ventilation pipes, and retro-style chairs.

The café’s pride is its coffee, brewed according to strict standards—for instance, a flat white is served with milk that never exceeds 65°C. The breakfast menu offers an ample selection of vegetarian and vegan choices, alongside a range of thoughtful desserts, such as banana bread with hazelnuts and pears paired with Mascarpone.
