STAY by Yannick Alléno
Anthony Cannesson is the Chef de Cuisine of STAY by Yannick Alléno, a two-Michelin-starred and GreatList awarded restaurant at One&Only The Palm in Dubai.
He developed his career through training in internationally recognized kitchens in France and abroad. In 2023, he joined the Yannick Alléno Group and, at the age of 28, was appointed Chef de Cuisine in 2025.
Leading the kitchen team, he oversees a culinary approach rooted in modern French cuisine, emphasizing precision, technique, and the culinary direction of Chef Yannick Alléno.
