Chef Mohammad Zeeshan serves as the Executive Chef of Trèsind Dubai, a Michelin-starred and GreatList awarded restaurant celebrated for its progressive approach to Indian cuisine.

A native of Lucknow, Chef Zeeshan's foundational training is rooted in the culinary heritage of the Awadhi region. His career path led him to Mumbai, where he refined his skills in French and modern culinary techniques before moving to Dubai.

At Trèsind, he is responsible for the culinary direction, where his methodology involves deconstructing and reinterpreting traditional Indian dishes. His focus is on precise technique, layered flavors, and contemporary presentation, contributing to the restaurant's recognition in the international dining scene.

I typically opt for a high-quality Neapolitan pizza. When a restaurant boasts a proper wood-fire oven— Margherita or Burrata pizza is my preferred choice!
