The charismatic chef, Solemann Haddad—with French and Syrian heritage but raised in Dubai—perfectly captures the city's multicultural spirit through his vibrant tasting menu.
Premium beef and scallops are sourced from Japan, spices from Syria, and the technique is distinctly French. The rooftop’s standout dish—lobster and jalapeño ravioli—pays direct homage to Dubai’s 1990s dining scene, when food courts were dominated by Italian, not Chinese, concepts.
