The atmosphere at Amazónico balances at the junction of a fine-dining restaurant and an electrifying nightspot. As a rule, people come here as much for the immersive, rhythmic jungle energy as for the innovative cuisine, with resident DJs and percussionists performing every night to set the perfect "elec-tropical" vibe.

The project is inspired by a sensory journey through the Amazon. The vibrant interior and concept dive into the rich gastronomic heritage of Latin America, specifically inspired by the unique Asian and Mediterranean communities that inhabit the Amazonian countries.

The menu is a fusion of these diverse influences. While the core celebrates Latin American flavors, the restaurant also features a dedicated sushi menu, showcasing its distinctive cross-cultural approach.
