Restaurant Kinoya

A Japanese izakaya by Neha Mishra, who holds the title of Dubai's ramen queen. She started with a series of pop-up dinners that grew such a dedicated following, opening a permanent restaurant became a necessity.

Kinoya's interior is minimalist by design, ensuring nothing distracts from the food. Every component, down to the ramen noodles, is crafted by hand, yet the pricing remains accessible. Signature dishes include the spicy miso ramen and savory minced meat wontons. Beyond the main dining room and terrace, the restaurant also features two private tatami suites for a more intimate experience.

During wintertime, a warm ramen hug from Kinoya is all I need. And the non-ramen menu is underrated: the unagi, wings, and miso eggplant are standouts

At Kinoya, I recommend trying the spicy fried chicken—simple but perfect
