Restaurant Maison Dali
Maison Dali at The Opus is helmed by chef Tristin Farmer, formerly of Zen—the Singapore outpost of Bjorn Franzen's acclaimed concept. The restaurant presents a vibrant fusion of European flavors and Japanese culinary methods within a modernist brasserie environment.
This venue is the second 2025 opening in the Emirates by Singapore's skilled Culinary Arts Group, following their earlier launch of Revolver. Maison Dali distinguishes itself as a distinctive concept designed specifically for Dubai.
Concept is built upon fermentation, smoking, dry aging, live-fire preparation, and other inventive techniques. Among the offerings are dishes such as donabe with smoked lobster, duck cooked over wood fire, and A5 Wagyu flambé.
