Dmitry Blinov

Dmitry Blinov began his career in professional kitchens at age 17, leading to his first head chef role at 22.

In 2014, he founded his first establishment, DUO Gastrobar, in St. Petersburg, then launched a series of successful concepts, each addressing a specific culinary focus. These include Tartarbar (awarded by GreatList Guide); DUO Asia; Harvest, a vegetable-focused restaurant (ranked #92 on the World's 50 Best Restaurants discovery list and included in GreatList Guide).

Blinov's international recognition includes a presentation at Madrid Fusion in 2018. He expanded internationally with DUO Gastrobar Dubai in 2023, which received a Michelin Bib Gourmand award in 2024 and was noted in the Gault&Millau guide in 2025. A second Dubai location opened in 2024.
