Previously, he was the Executive Chef for INKED, a creative food platform responsible for pop-ups, events, and culinary concepts. At Chez Wam, he oversees all operational aspects, from menu development to the overall restaurant design and beverage program. His approach integrates French culinary technique with a focus on creating an accessible dining environment.
