Hadrien Villedieu serves as Head Chef and Co-Owner of Chez Wam in Dubai. His career includes roles in establishments led by chefs including Joel Robuchon, Alain Passard, and Jean Pierre Vigato, with professional experience in New York, Saint-Barthélemy, Morocco, and Dubai.

Previously, he was the Executive Chef for INKED, a creative food platform responsible for pop-ups, events, and culinary concepts. At Chez Wam, he oversees all operational aspects, from menu development to the overall restaurant design and beverage program. His approach integrates French culinary technique with a focus on creating an accessible dining environment.
