Jesus Lobato Suarez
With over 15 years of experience in professional kitchens, he began his culinary career at the age of 16 and has since built his path within the world of high gastronomy. His training was forged in demanding fine dining restaurants, where discipline, technique, and a deep respect for product shaped his identity as a chef.
Throughout his career, he worked closely with chef Dani García and was part of the company’s R&D department, contributing to the development of concepts, techniques, and creative processes beyond daily service. This period played a key role in refining his vision and understanding of cuisine as both craft and exploration.
He is currently the Head Chef of Smoked Room in Dubai, a one Michelin star restaurant, where fire and smoke are not only techniques but the core language of the kitchen.
