Chef Walve's culinary foundation is rooted in traditional Indian vegetarian cuisine. His professional expertise was developed at the ITC Maurya in New Delhi, where he trained under renowned Chef Vineet Bhatia. This experience provided a strong grounding in both classic techniques and modern culinary innovation.

At Avatara, he oversees kitchen operations and contributes to a menu that reinterprets regional Indian vegetarian dishes with an emphasis on contemporary presentation, precise technique, and layered flavor profiles, supporting the restaurant's distinguished position in the culinary landscape.
