Patricia Riog serves as the Executive Chef of BOCA, with over twenty years of international culinary experience. Her career includes roles at Michelin-starred restaurants in Spain, such as Abantal Restaurante and Lillas Pastia, and at establishments in London including ROKA and Lima.

Her approach is rooted in a respect for ingredient quality and Mediterranean culinary traditions. At BOCA, this translates into a menu that balances regional authenticity with contemporary execution.
