Maison Dali

Chef Tristin Farmer is known for a disciplined, exacting style shaped in top-tier kitchens. He earned three Michelin stars as executive chef of Restaurant Zén in Singapore, and previously held senior roles at Restaurant Gordon Ramsay (three stars) and Maze (one star) in London.

In 2014 he joined Jason Atherton’s The Social Company and helped launch Marina Social in Dubai, where he was named Middle East Chef of the Year in 2016 and 2017. He now leads Culinary Arts Group’s Middle East debut at Maison Dali, working to an ingredients-first philosophy.

Maison Dali has been recognised by GreatList, received Best New Restaurant at the FACT Dining Awards 2024, and is selected in the Gault&Millau UAE Guide 2026 with 2 Toques.
