Tristin Farmer
Tristin Farmer is the Head Chef of Maison Dali, an interactive French fine dining experience. He oversees all culinary operations for the restaurant, which is inspired by the surrealist artist Salvador Dalí.
Chef Farmer brings extensive international experience in Michelin-starred and luxury kitchens to his role. His career includes key positions at renowned establishments such as Gordon Ramsay’s Maze and Pétrus in London, as well as Zuma in Dubai. He further honed his expertise as the former Executive Chef of The Grill at Address Downtown Dubai.
In his current position at Maison Dali, he is responsible for creating and executing a menu that blends classic French technique with avant-garde presentation, aligning the culinary experience with the restaurant's artistic and immersive theme.
