As Executive Chef of Ossiano in Dubai, he led the restaurant to international acclaim, earning a Michelin Star, ranking No.3 in MENA's 50 Best (2023), and receiving Gault & Millau’s “Best Restaurant of the Year” and “Chef of the Year” awards.
In 2025, he launched Kraken Dubai, an independent concept where fire, fermentation, and the marine world converge. Beyond the kitchen, his venture Monarch Events crafts luxury gastronomic experiences for maisons like Dior and Hermès.
