Jitin Joshi

Chef Jitin Joshi’s 25-year career spans India, the UK, and the UAE. Trained at Delhi's Oberoi School, he worked at London’s The Capital Hotel and as Head Pastry Chef at Gordon Ramsay’s Maze.

As Executive Chef of Benares in Mayfair, he earned a Michelin star in 2007, and was named Ethnic Chef of the Year in 2009. In Dubai, he led kitchens at Armani Hotel, Atmosphere in the Burj Khalifa, and multiple Taj Hotel concepts.

He returned to London in 2018 as Executive Chef of Michelin-starred Gymkhana, coached Team India for the Bocuse d’Or (2016), and oversaw culinary projects for Dubai Expo 2020 and the 2022 Commonwealth Games. As Culinary Director for The Lemon Butter Group, he launched international concepts.

Since March 2025, he has been at the helm of Revolver in Dubai, a Michelin-recognized South Asian grill blending French technique with bold Indian flavors.
