Restaurant Bait Maryam
More than a restaurant, this JLT spot is a culinary homage. Named for chef Salam Daqqaq's mother, it is where her cherished family recipes become traditional Middle Eastern feasts. The ambiance is intentionally domestic, designed like a spacious home kitchen with light-filled, simple furnishings and shelves of vintage knick-knacks. Even the tableware tells a story, as every plate and bowl is individually hand-painted. The menu invites communal dining with its array of authentic, homestyle Levantine dishes, all prepared amidst the inviting and expertly curated aroma of Arabic spices.
