The culinary heart of the restaurant is heirloom corn, milled daily into fresh flour to create their signature tortillas—approximately 800 of them. Alongside the food, Lila serves exceptional coffee sourced from Mexico's premier growing regions, Veracruz and Chiapas.

Known affectionately as Lila, the chef uses the dishes of her childhood to tell the rich story of Mexican cuisine to Dubai, a mission she accomplishes with passion.
