Gabriela Chamorro
Gabriela Chamorro is Co-Founder and Executive Chef of Girl & the Goose, the UAE’s first Mesoamerican restaurant, launched in March 2025 at Anantara Downtown Dubai. The venue evolved from her five-year supper club, creating a hub for modern Central American cuisine.
Born in Nicaragua, her cooking is rooted in family traditions. A self-taught cook, she later trained at the Culinary Institute of Barcelona and staged at acclaimed international restaurants.
Leading her team, Chamorro offers contemporary dishes like Ceviche with Lychee Ice Cream, Lobster Bisque with Yuca Gnocchi, and Coffee & Orange Duck Confit. Her menu merges heritage with global influence.
A UAE resident for 16 years, she built a loyal following through her supper club, which paved the way for the restaurant’s successful debut.
