Robin Höfer
Kraken
Robin Höfer serves as Executive Chef of Kraken. A German native, he developed his culinary background in MICHELIN-Starred restaurants across Europe, including Ossiano in Dubai. His experience also includes stages at Disfrutar in Barcelona and Core by Clare Smyth in London.
Prior to this role, he operated a private Chef's Table concept. Recognized as a finalist for Gault&Millau UAE’s Future Great of the Year 2025, he now leads the kitchen at Kraken with a focus on sustainability and a menu built upon locally sourced seafood and produce.
